Your credit card will be charged $258.50  to include the credit card processing fee 
Or, you may make your payments via mail to avoid the credit card fees and pay $250.00.

Voluntary Members

Once again, we are offering voluntary membership in our Association to our neighbors. Voluntary membership grants you the same privileges as our regular members to enjoy fishing on our pond and the enjoyment of our grounds.

The annual dues are for voluntary members are  $235.00, which helps with the upkeep of our pond and grounds. If you wish to utilize the pond, please make your payment via check by mailing to:

What Are Your Dues Used For? 

These dues are required to maintain our pond and surrounding grounds. The pond, which is a recreational amenity for the use and enjoyment of all Lake Pointe residents and guests, is also an important part of the local storm water management system which we are required by the city to maintain.
