Board of Directors and Officer Position Nominations

Like many HOAs, the six-member Board of Directors at Lake Pointe Estates is elected by the Association’s owners to serve three-year terms. The Board then selects officers from the directors to serve one-year terms in positions including President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Board Members At Large.

We currently have two open Board of Director positions and are seeking nominations to fill these roles, as well as the officer positions of President and Secretary.

The three-year board term currently held by Bob Sagadin has expired. Bob has decided not to seek re-election. Bob served for three consecutive terms as our Secretary. His exceptional organizational skills in maintaining the Association's records will be greatly missed.

Additionally, President Cindy Lorentzen, whose three-year term as a director also concludes at the end of the year, will be up for election. Cindy, who has served on the Board for three years, two years as Vice President, with the last year as President, has chosen to run for re-election as a director but will step down from her role as President. Cindy’s steady leadership and balanced approach to managing the Association have been invaluable.
