Lake Pointe Estates Board of Directors — Call for Nominations

Like many homeowners’ associations, the six-member Board of Directors at Lake Pointe Estates is elected by the Association’s owners to serve three-year terms. Following the election, the Board selects officers from among the directors to serve one-year terms in positions including President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Members at Large.

We currently have three Board of Directors positions open and are seeking nominations from homeowners who are interested in serving our community. We are also seeking individuals interested in serving as Secretary,  Assistant Treasurer, and Board Members at Large.

The three-year terms currently held by Lori Schmidt, Lori Musloff, and Nicole Hauch have expired.

Lori Musloff and Nicole Hauch have decided not to seek re-election. Nicole’s work on our newsletters has been exceptional, and Lori Musloff, who previously served as President, has given many years of dedicated service to Lake Pointe Estates. Both will be greatly missed.

Lori Schmidt, who currently serves as a Board Member at Large, has not yet decided whether she will seek another term. We certainly hope she will continue her service to the Association.
